Welcome to my Portfolio Page

Hello, this website was created with HTML & CSS, and is based on a Odin Project exercise I adapted to resemble my portfolio website's home page. It's an exercise to demonstrate my knowledge of web programming languages & tools.

My Portfolio Website was designed with Salesforce Experience Cloud, to demonstrate my knowledge of Salesforce Digital Experience tools, UX Design expertise, Salesforce automation tools, and the Platform in general. This exercise recreates its functionalities using traditional coding tools.

I am a certified Salesforce Professional with extensive hands-on experience interested in automations, UX/UI Design to enhance users' experience in the Salesforce Environment, documentation, users training, and as you can see from this page, web development.

I'm Andrea, a Salesforce Professional with extensive hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. I also specialise in developing training content to empower users and enhance system adoption.

Throughout my entire career I have been consistently involved in roles encompassing Customer Service, Support, and Success for various industries. My first approach to Salesforce was as an end user in 2019, then I was invited to join their Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud Technical Support Team in Dublin in 2022, and in late 2023 I moved to Germany to work as a Salesforce Instructor.

I built my Portfolio Website with Salesforce Experience Cloud first to showcase what my Salesforce journey entailed so far, and I gladly learnt a couple of new tricks along the way while building it!

Now I'm expanding my web dev knowledge by recreacting it with this Odin Project series of execises.
